In 2004, we began operating as a construction and engineering company under the name Erkonsan, derived from “Erken Konut Sanayi”.
We work on factories and industrial buildings, commercial centres, headquarters, housing developments and individual buildings. Our specialist technical team considers the entire process from design to turnkey handover.
Since our founding, we have completed more than 100 projects. Technical accuracy, our clients’ needs and responsibility for our commitments are at the centre of our work.
Our Kazan Residential Project in Ankara’s district now known as Kahramankazan was awarded first prize for exterior aesthetics and landscaping by Kazan Municipal Council.

We provide services across Türkiye depending on the project scope. The work to be undertaken is defined through a joint assessment of location, scope, target programme and site conditions.
