A 1,329 m² factory and office building for Cematek Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. at Block 393, Plot 2, Başkent Organised Industrial Zone, Ankara. The precast concrete project uses sandwich panels on the factory facade and fibre-cement cladding on the offices. The scope includes industrial flooring, infrastructure, roofing, insulation, doors and office finishing works.
