A reinforced concrete system used for factories and similar buildings.
Precast reinforced concrete is a structural system suitable for factories and other buildings. It relies on assembling precast elements on site, making coordination of foundations, column pockets and erection essential. Erkonsan’s works and coordination responsibilities are defined within the project scope.
Foundations, reinforcement, concrete and column pockets are prepared to the dimensions and details in the engineering design. Connections to structural members are an important part of site works.
Erection sequence, site access and compatibility of works are considered in the programme. Responsibilities for element manufacture, supply, transport and erection are clarified at the start.
Choosing precast concrete does not automatically mean turnkey delivery. A scope may include only foundations or column pockets, or a turnkey package including finishes.
The four months stated for Aydöküm refers to precast erection. Foundation and column-pocket periods and erection time must be assessed separately from the time needed to make the entire building ready for use.

Precast concrete is a structural system; delivery scope is defined separately. Our scope can differ between two factories using the same system.

The 2,000 m² factory is a shell construction reference. Using precast concrete does not mean that services and finishes were included in this package.

No. Precast concrete defines the structural system; turnkey defines the delivery scope. Responsibilities for foundations, column pockets, element manufacture, transport, erection, roofing, facade, services and finishes are stated separately at quotation stage.
Foundations and column pockets are planned together with precast design dimensions and erection requirements. Site handover, dimensional checks, crane access and erection sequence are clarified with the relevant teams. Standard pocket dimensions or erection periods cannot be given without reviewing the design.
Area alone is insufficient. Production layout, spans, clear height, cranes and equipment, site and ground information and delivery scope are assessed together. The system is confirmed through design work.
Building type, structural system and delivery scope are three separate, complementary decisions.
