SCOPE OF WORK

Completion of Unfinished Buildings

We undertake building services, finishes and interior fit-out for buildings with completed structural shells, finishing spaces to suit your needs and preparing them for use.

ENGINEERING AT OUR CORE

Our completion service covers finishing a building whose structural shell is complete so that it meets its intended use. We assess existing work and project requirements together to define services, finishes and interior fit-out.

Assessing existing conditions and requirements

We clarify remaining work by reviewing the current building, completed packages and intended use. Existing designs and documents, together with site conditions, form the starting point for planning.

Building services, finishes and interior fit-out

We coordinate electrical and mechanical services, partitions, floor and wall finishes, ceilings and painting within the agreed scope. Material choices and sequencing are considered alongside the intended use of each space.

Completion and handover

We coordinate different packages, complete outstanding work and carry out final checks. Once agreed works are complete, we hand over the building according to the specified use and delivery conditions.

Service scope

  • Assessment of completed and remaining works
  • Electrical and mechanical services
  • Finishes and interior fit-out
  • Programme, site coordination and final inspections
SCOPE AND DELIVERY

From your existing building to a space ready for use

For a factory, warehouse or office with a completed shell, the first step is to review completed work and remaining needs together. Our Ankara-based team undertakes services, finishes and interiors within the agreed scope.

01

Establishing the current condition

Completed and outstanding work, available design documents, areas to preserve and new functional requirements are assessed. Matters requiring specialist investigation are identified before construction where necessary.

02

Planning the remaining works

Electrical and mechanical services, partitions, finishes, ceilings, painting, doors and other completion works are listed by area. Work to remove, preserve or rebuild is identified separately.

03

Phasing and handover

The programme is developed around site use and work sequence. Interfaces between existing and new work and each party’s responsibilities are clarified; agreed works are handed over after final checks.

Depending on your building’s current stage, we can define the scope of shell construction, completion of unfinished buildings or turnkey delivery together.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

About Completion of Unfinished Buildings

Do you complete structural shells built by other contractors?

We can assess remaining work after reviewing the building and its documents. A final scope cannot be established before the condition of earlier work, missing designs and connections to new work have been clarified.

Can I commission only my factory’s services and finishes?

Yes. Electrical and mechanical services, office partitions, floor and wall finishes, suspended ceilings, painting and other finishes can be considered as separate packages. The areas and systems to be completed are defined before quotation.

What information is needed for an initial assessment?

Location, approximate area, photographs, available design and construction documents and a list of required works are useful starting points. Please also identify ongoing production or equipment to be preserved.

Can construction take place while production continues?

This is assessed against site access, safety, service interruptions and the production programme. If feasible, phases and work zones are defined; uninterrupted production is not promised in advance.
