ENGINEERING AT OUR CORE
Factories and industrial buildings are the buildings we construct for production. Production areas, offices, technical spaces and site use are considered together according to operational needs. Precast concrete, steel and cast-in-place concrete describe the structural system instead.
Production requirements first
Production flows, machinery layouts, storage, vehicle access, storey heights and clear spans are assessed at the outset. This information forms the basis of architectural layouts and engineering design.
A structural system suited to the project
Precast reinforced concrete, steel and cast-in-place reinforced concrete are assessed in relation to use, ground conditions, spans and project constraints. System selection and work scope are separate decisions.
From specific work packages to turnkey delivery
We can undertake foundations, structural frames or other specific work packages. With turnkey delivery, building services and finishes are completed alongside the structure, making the building ready for the use defined in the contract.
What can you share at our first meeting?
The project location, approximate building area, production purpose, existing drawings and target start date help us understand your requirements. Programme and quotation are considered once the scope has been clarified.

Structural system and delivery scope are assessed together in factory construction. Quoted work is clarified through existing designs and each party’s responsibilities.
Shell construction and specific work packages
We can define foundations and structural-frame packages on a project-by-project basis. Responsibilities must be clearly allocated with other contractors on site.
Factory shell construction scope ↗Completion and finishing works
We undertake building services, interiors and finishes for factories whose structural shell is complete. We review existing work and designs to define the remaining works, material choices and handover conditions.
Completion of unfinished buildings ↗Turnkey factories
The structural shell, roofing, facade, electrical and mechanical services and finishes are addressed within the contractual scope. Production machinery and business-specific equipment are assessed separately.

About factories and industrial buildings
What information is needed for our first factory construction meeting?
Plot location, approximate building area, production purpose, current design status and target programme are enough to begin. Architectural drawings and ground information, if available, support a more detailed assessment.
Do you undertake only the factory shell or the finishes of an unfinished building?
Yes. We can undertake a new factory’s structural shell, specific works, or building services and finishes for a facility with a completed shell. The building’s condition, approved designs and remaining works are reviewed to define responsibilities and delivery scope.
How are factory construction cost and duration determined?
Area, ground conditions, spans and heights, structural system, services and delivery scope are assessed together. A single price per square metre or handover period cannot reliably be given before these are clarified.
Do you build factories outside Ankara?
Based in Ankara, we consider enquiries throughout Türkiye, prioritising nearby provinces. For projects outside Ankara, team and construction plans are developed around location, scope, site conditions and target programme. See our service areas and the Kayın Su project in Karabük.
Does turnkey factory construction include production machinery?
Building construction and procurement and installation of production machinery are assessed as separate scopes. Machinery foundations, infrastructure connections and operational requirements are discussed through the design; inclusions and exclusions are clearly stated in the quotation and contract.
Can I see the area and scope of a completed factory project?

How do we approach projects outside Ankara?
- Initial assessment: We assess requirements using the province and district, approximate building area, intended use and any available design drawings.
- Scope and site: We assess the need for shell construction, completion or turnkey delivery, the condition of any existing building, site conditions and the need for a site visit.
- Programme and quotation: We define the quotation scope by clarifying the work, site organisation and target programme.
