Erkonsan Construction completed shell works for Sevinç Treyler’s 2,500 m² factory in Polatlı Organised Industrial Zone, Ankara. Our work on this trailer and vehicle-body manufacturing facility covered the structural shell. Our site archive documents sub-foundation preparation, blinding concrete, formwork and reinforcement, concrete foundations and column pockets, and concrete walls. Sevinç Treyler is an industrial building used for trailer and vehicle-body production. Erkonsan completed shell construction of the 2,500 m² factory. Project details and photographs document the scope we undertook.
Archive photographs show foundation preparation, formwork setting out the blinding area and pumped concrete pouring. Surface finishing during pouring documents preparation for subsequent foundation formwork and reinforcement.
Foundation and column-pocket reinforcement, formwork and concrete pouring were key shell construction stages. The gallery shows reinforcement cages, foundation connections and concrete members after formwork removal.
Wall formwork, starter bars and concrete surfaces after stripping show concrete works at the factory’s substructure level. The completed facility’s exterior is also shown to introduce the project; Erkonsan’s service scope was shell construction. Facade, services and finishes are not presented as part of that scope.
