Our refurbishment and renovation service helps existing buildings adapt to changing needs. We define interior, exterior, services and layout works according to existing conditions and coordinate the overall process.

The right scope for a new use

We assess the building’s condition and intended use to identify areas and work packages for renewal. Intervention boundaries, materials and programme are clarified at the outset.

Interior and exterior works

We address interior layouts, surface and finish renewal, facade work and services according to the project’s needs. Work sequences are planned to coordinate different packages.

Planned construction and handover

We develop the programme around the building’s occupancy and site conditions. We inspect renewed areas and complete the agreed works according to the handover scope.

How do we approach projects outside Ankara?

Initial assessment: We assess requirements using the province and district, approximate building area, intended use and any available design drawings.
Scope and site: We assess the need for shell construction, completion or turnkey delivery, the condition of any existing building, site conditions and the need for a site visit.
Programme and quotation: We define the quotation scope by clarifying the work, site organisation and target programme.

The completed Kayın Su project in Karabük
