A 6,848 m² laser-cutting factory and office building for Mersan Metal Ltd. Şti. in Başkent Organised Industrial Zone, Ankara. Delivered turnkey using precast concrete, the project considered production and offices together, with works from foundations and infrastructure to facade, roofing, finishes and landscaping.

- Precast concrete system; pad and combined foundations
- Industrial concrete flooring, infrastructure, stone and compacted aggregate fill and external concrete paving
- Precast facade panels, aluminium composite cladding and structural-glazed facade
