A 2,261 m² workshop built for Er Makina İş Makinaları Dişli ve Yedek Parça San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. in İvedik Organised Industrial Zone, Ankara. Combining concrete and steel, the building was completed turnkey with facades, interiors, mechanical services and vertical transport for production and office areas.
- 2,261 m² construction area; reinforced concrete and steel system
- Bespoke interior design and aluminium partitions with blinds
- Aluminium composite cladding and structural-glazed facade
- VRV heating and cooling, radiant heating and natural gas heating
- Water booster and fire pump systems; thermal and acoustic insulation
